Tekken is finally on the real live action movies!!! Based on the long running and highly successful Namco video game franchise of the same name, TEKKEN is a high-octane, action packed thriller written for the screen by Alan McElroy (Spawn, The Marine) and directed by Dwight Little (Anacondas, Murder at 1600) with fight choreography by Cyril Raffaelli (District 13: Ultimatum).

I’ve been playing this game since I was introduced to arcade games, then to Playstation, and Playstation2. The best character I’ve ever played is Paul Pheonix. Love the alternate costume as a bike rider. But unfortunately, the character won’t appear this movie. What a heartache.

Well, back to the upcoming movie, it is centered to Jin character, whose only determination is to avenged for his mother death that he blames upon Tekken’s powerful and controlling Chairman, Heihachi Mishima. To take revenge to take the life of his mother murderer, Jin then sets to enter The King of Iron Fist Tournament.

As he fights in the tournament, he begins to uncover his own past and inner demons as well as exposing a dark underbelly to Tekken that threatens the very existence of humanity.

But still, I love Paul character more. Other that him, maybe I’ll go for Law Marshall. Well, at least Law is in the movie
